I dread the thought of winter coming and having to shovel snow.  I guess I'm getting older and it just isn't as fun anymore to bundle up and the fear of falling.  I think snow looks beautiful on cards though.  I can't complain when South Dakota already received 30 inches this week which is WAY TOO early.  For my card I used a freebie image from The Alley Way and a great sentiment from TLC.

High on life

We have been getting quite a bit of rain in our area, but I guess I can't complain...I just saw on the news where in South Dakota they received 30 inches of snow. YIKES!  We don't even store our snow blower in the area so we wouldn't have been ready for that.
For this card I used an image from Mayzy Art called "Tightrope Walker" and found the perfect sentiment from TLC.  The patterned paper is also a Barnum paper from TLC.

Feast and give thanks

Paulette is finishing the Thanksgiving club at TLC, and this in a vintage image and one of the papers that she had.  I just love the color combination.  For this card I put Tim Holtz flourish die cuts behind the image and flowers around it with some bling in the corner.  I kept it simple, but now I'm starting to think of the turkey once I see that girl holding the glorious bird. Mmmmm

For this card I used a Meljen image and a beautiful sentiment from TLC.  This sentiment comes in a set with several sentiments and a gorgeous image.  We had some rain yesterday and some of the leaves are starting to fall.....and the raking will have to start.
