I need a couple birthday cards for this month, one being for my niece. So I thought I would give her this card made from the pre-colored image and paper at The Paper Shelter using Spring Princess and a sentiment from TLC.  I covered the green pre-colored bow with some ribbon of mine and added some buttons.
