Joyful Tidings

Today starts a new challenge at Imagine That Digistamp and it is Ch. 11 Joys of the Season.  There is a picture for inspiration. (see below)  For my card, I the pre-colored image of  Tree with Presents and then I colored the image of Red Nose Reindeer, both of which are on special right now in the store.  The sentiment is from TLC.  I made this card with a light so when you push on the snowflake by the front paws, it will light up. I was originally going to have it be on the sentiment that is why I had the strip of red on the bottom, but thought that the snowflake was easier.  I just fell in love with these chibi lights.  They are much more impressive in person.  Now can't wait to see what you create for this challenge.

Prize Information
Here are the prizes for each challenge. Please note that both the winner and the Cherry on Top will be announced during the winner's post which will come out the week following the end of the previous challenge (2nd Saturday ea. month for the previous month's challenge)

Warm Winter Wishes

We went from being 70 degrees on Thursday to be in the 40's today with it being very windy so it is a significant change.  So having a snowman card is totally appropriate.  The sentiment is from a great set at TLC.  The image is called Snowman with Tree Hat and the papers are from the Eskimo Friends Kit.  I have a battery on this card so that it lights up.

O Christmas Tree

Today is the start of Challenge #10 at Imagine That Digistamp with the theme Christmas is Coming. This challenge goes from November 5 - December 2nd.  For my card I used one of the new Christmas images called Tania's Tree Costume which is funny because my daughter actually wants me to sew her a costume like this to wear at school since she is a teacher.  The sentiment is from TLC.  I also had fun putting in a chibi light so when you press on the card it will light up.
