It's tissue time

We have had such strange weather. One day it's warm, the next it's cold, the next several it rains. There has been a delay in spring and for the farmers to be able to get their crops planted. And seasonal allergies are just lingering so are all the sinus issues.  So it's appropriate to have this Mo Manning image sick along with a sentiment from TLC, Create. Hope everyone stays well.

Paige's Graduation

My son's girlfriend will be graduating in a few weeks, so I made this card for her. I used an image from Bugaboo, called Graduation Girl Digi Stamp.  Today there is a new challenge starting at Catch the Bug which is an Anything Goes.  There are so many wonderful stamps at Bugaboo and there is always a weekly freebie.  For the background I had some fun playing with my Distress Oxide inks.

Baked with Love

I love vintage images, but just don't get a chance to play with them as often as I like.  Here is one from TLC, Create as well as the sentiment.  I distressed the edges of it as well as the paper.  I also ink distressed the sentiment.  I found some lace in my stash that I forgot that I had, but I don't even know where I got it.  It reminds me of my Grandmother.

Snow Play Vintage

I made this easel card using an image from TLC, Create as well as a Christmas sentiment.  I also made it as a brown monochrome card.  I used some textured paper and used a die cut to put it behind the image and sentiment.  I added some white acrylic paint on the flowers to look like snow.  I pulled out some gold photo corners, buttons, and ribbon.
