One to Brag

I had wanted to make this card sooner and then thought that I wasn't going to make it so I was going to put the stamp away....and then thought....let's do this.  It was unusually nice today and we had temps in the 50's and it was sunny so I got out for a nice long walk; however, they are saying we are in for a temp drop and snow for Thursday.  So while I'm in a good mood I took advantage of it and made a card, lol.  I made this as one of my favorite layouts, a tri-shutter card.

Wishing you a Beary Merry Christmas

Today starts a new Challenge at Imagine That Digistamp Creative Playground which is an Anything Goes Challenge.  If you use a Imagine That image then you will get a free Christmas/winter image.  For my card, I chose to use Beary Merry Christmas.  I think this set is perfect for the little one or a Baby's 1st Christmas.  Which is what I will be using this card for.  I made this a tri-shutter card.

Kidz Girl Teddy Bear HB

Here is a card that I made for the Catch the Bug Saturday Challenge which is a BINGO.  I used this adorable image which is Kidz Girl teddy bear and the sentiment that I used is from TLC, Create.  I made this a tri-shutter card which is just a fun layout.  I have a friend's granddaughter who will be turning one so this will be perfect for her.

TLC Create Summer Fun Blog Hop

Paulette at TLC, Create has a wonderful freebie for you of this gorgeous vintage girl with flowers.  I distressed the edges with a Tim Holtz distress tool.  I made the background paper by putting Distress inks on my craft sheet and then spraying them with water and running my white paper through it to soak up the paper and then heat it with a heat gun, and repeat the process until I liked the finished product of colors.  Check the TLC site for the sentiment which is also in my second card.  I made that in a tri-shutter card.  You should have arrived here from Lisa D's blog if not, you might want to see the list below, and start from the beginning so that you don't miss out on any of the wonderful freebies.
