One word

My husband and I went to visit my daughter today at college and took her and her boyfriend out to dinner along with my brother and his family (my parents are still enjoying Hawaii).  Since my children are grown and I miss them, it still is an adventure seeing a two year old.  I had a gift bag for my daughter - naturally as Mothers do that had protein bars, Skiddle Riddles, mascara, shaving lotion for her legs and a few other items that I thought she could use that I found on sale.  I also had to find something to give my nephew so I had a "Boys potty book" that he got after eating his dinner.  He loved it since it showed the little boys bare butt. At my age....I'm glad my children are grown even though I have another set of issues to deal with; I just don't think I would have the energy to keep up to a two year old.

  8. Isn't it so funny how little boys love anything that shows bare butts? hehe! And I'm with you...chasing a 2 year-old should be reserved for people much younger than I am! LOL! Your card is so very sweet!! I love the papers...and your coloring is fabulous! Thanks so much for joining us at Sassy Cheryl's for this week's "Blue" challenge!! Hugs. Pat Frank

  9. Love your card and your post. Yup, there's a reason we have babies when we're, um, younger than we are now :-) ( we are NOT getting older...just not as young!).
