Today I was able to go out to dinner with a friend and then afterwards I stopped at McDonalds to see my son. It was his last day of work because he is going to take a "leave of absence" for the track season and the rest of the school year and then go back during the summer. He actually let me get a quick photograph of him and one of his co-workers said my Mom took a picture of me on my first day of work and put it up on her Facebook. I said I wouldn't put it up on Facebook (since I rarely use it) instead I would put it up on my blog which drives my son crazy when I do that and she thought it was funny. It was great to see another teen-ager laugh at my son.
My card is for my niece who found out she is expecting a boy this summer. Previously she had a miscarriage so I didn't want to send the card out too soon. The stamped sentiment on the inside is "What the cluck? You're egg-specting!"
