Well, the day you have been waiting for is finally here the TLC, Create Blog Hop and you should have arrived from Carla's blog. If this is your first stop then to start, go to Cynthia's blog so that you don't miss any of the wonderful freebies. Paulette from TLC, Create has donated all these wonderful images that we have along the way so make sure to back to thank her for all her hard work. She also has lots of freebies on her site that she offers each day besides great sentiments and images for every occasion at a reasonable price at her store. She also has clubs where you receive emails of images and sentiments for a particular theme. For example, the May Club starts April 21st and will cover Mother's Day, Nurse's Day, Teacher Appreciation, and anything else Paulette throws in for seven days. If you are interested in the May Club check it out here, and believe me the price is worth the amount of images and word art that you receive!
For all my cards listed I will not include the products that I used like I normally do to save on room since I will include all my cards in this post. If you want to know a particular item please feel free to email me at
If you saw my Easter post, my almost 17 year old son did some coloring of images with my Copics. I did show a picture of him coloring, I just didn't show you that one of them was this "Fashion for Day Vintage". I told him that I had to make some cards for this hop and what would he do with this image - so he did the image and then I helped him put it in a card. I was proud of him on how he colored the sky and tried to make his own clouds. He won't tell me who he plans to give the card to....
For my first card I made a monochromatic blue card using a wonderful sentiment that Paulette also donated. See her site for the sentiment. I also have to admit that I LOVE sketches so I try to use them if at all possible.
