I found this adorable Vintage silhouette image of a boy with a toy horse and a stern mother and thought it would be perfect for a card for my Mother-in-law for Mother's Day. The sentiment is from a great set at
TLC. My MIL lives about an hour away from us and is 88 years old. Last May she was involved in a car accident so she no longer drives, but she does live independently. My husband has one sister, and she lives not too far from us so between us we need to go take my MIL grocery shopping and to appointments each week or so. I took her last week, since my husband wasn't up to traveling and she has her routine of how she likes to do things. She is fiesty for age and does quite well with her major problems being her poor eye site and hearing. She uses a cane when we go out, but at home she moves about well. She still refuses to get cable TV though.

Very thoughtful card for your MIL! Love the pretty blues with that image! Love the little ticket embellishment, too! And I think it is great that your MIL is 88 and still fairly independent! :^)
