Back to school

Today was such a perfect day, it was sunny and there was no wind.  My husband and I went for a walk in the neighborhood in which I pushed him in his wheelchair.  He was able to take some pictures with his camera so he enjoyed that.  It sure beats the hot days with the humidity.  We walked by a pond in our area where the geese were resting and there was a blue heron.  The neighborhood seemed so quiet since kids were doing their studying or resting.

  13. Hi Lisa what a wonderful card, especially a back to school card this is a darling image it couldn't get any better. Love your colours and those wonderful DP's and embellishments. Your photo's are amazing of your Blue Heron, we call the same birds Grey Heron's in New Zealand. We have a large pond on our property sometimes you see it as my blog header. It has a bridge over the pond which has Wisteria over it and comes out in late September and all of October it's the pretty Mauve Wisteria. We have lots of bird wild life on our property as well, you take the prize we don't have Squeals here in New Zealand they are so cute. The first one I ever saw was in England in Hyde Park I got so excited my girlfriend thought I was having a spaze attack as I'd never seen one before. Oh well what ever rocks your boat. Take care and enjoy your days together out walking. Great card thanks so much for sharing it with us over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday and good luck.
