Batty over Halloween

Here is another freebie that I made for the Trick or Treat Challenge at Miss Rach's.  The sentiment is from TLC.  Miss Rach will have another freebie today and the challenge will go until Friday.  She has over 75 images in her ETSY store and you have a chance to win an image of your choice.  Today is World Cardmaking Day so it is the perfect day to make a card for someone and enter it in the challenge for a chance to win.
