Life is good

It's that time of year again when school is out and the weather is warm and flowers are out. The grass is green and people are going on vacations.  It is when people are HAPPY.  My sentiment for my card is from TLC.  And I used a pre-colored image from Image That from the set of Ice Cream Treats along with the paper of Ice Cream Parlour.
