hello Welcome to the Neighborhood

I have a new next door neighbor so I thought I would make this card using the House Sold image from Imagine That Digistamp.  The sentiment is from TLC.  I thought this would be good with a small house warming gift to say "hi".

Patterned Paper:  Paper Studio
Cardstock:  Bazzil; Recollections
Stamp:  Imagine That Digistamp (see above for direct link)
Sentiment:  TLC, Create - Hello, Welcome to the neighborhood
Spellbinder:  Picot Circle
Bling:  Michael's

Challenges
Catch the Bug - August Bingo (Bling, summer theme, stripes)
Crafter's Cafe - Ch. 155 Bling
Word Art Wednesday - Ch. 244 - 245 Anything Goes

  2. What a great card Lisa, my hubby would love 100's of these for his Real Estate Company. I better not show him your card otherwise he'll want me to make them all the time. I'm off to the doctor today my cold has gone to my chest and I can't stop coughing. I really don't feel 100%. Great card as always Lisa.

  7. Hi Lisa Lynn: I absolutely LOVE this. I actually own this particular digi from Imagine That, and I used it on my Word Art Wednesday card (quite some time ago) when Imagine That had sponsored a challenge for us. Super cute, my friend. Thanks so much for sharing your art with us at Word Art Wednesday, and I wish you the best of luck in the random draw. Have an awesome week, and please join us again soon.
    Blessings,
    Karen
