Flocks of love on your Birthday!

Imagine That Digistamp has a new stamp set that was just released called Flamingo Birthday.  I colored the image with Copics and then added Glossy Accents to the balloons and some Stickles to the hat and gift bag.  I distressed the sentiment with ink.
