Whoooo wants some candy?

Miss Rach has this new Wizard Owl image that I had a lot of fun coloring.  He has a lot of detail which I tried to show in the picture.  The patterned paper and sentiment are from TLC, Create.  He is perfect for Halloween with the adorable hat.
