Today at Catch the Bug it is the Wednesday Tutorial and I made this Snowman Peeker Panel Pull-Out card.  This image works perfectly for this card.  This will be a long post...sorry since I will be listing all the steps to make this card.  The sentiment is from TLC, Create.

Cut base 41/4 X 51/2
Cut patterned paper 11/4 X 4, 21/4 X 4, 23/4 X4

Cut cardstock 41/4 X 11

 Crease folds, use bone folder to get a good fold

I hope that everyone has survived the Cyber Monday shopping!!!
I made it back at 5 am this morning after driving through the night to get home from my son's which was over 1000 miles away.  I really wanted to sleep in my own bed and snuggle with my cats which helps me to sleep better.  Also, I wanted to get through Chicago when there wasn't a lot of traffic (and deal with all those tolls!!!).
I was bad that I forgot to set up a post that should have been done last Friday for Bugaboo for the Friday Freebie of this Cocoa image.  I made mine into a gift card that I could put a Starbucks card into.

Happy Thanksgiving

I am visiting my son so I traveled from Wisconsin 16 hours to South Carolina.  So I want to wish all my blog friends in the US Happy Thanksgiving and those not in the US I'm still thankful for all the support and friendship that I get here on my site throughout the year.  My husband encouraged me to start this site for stress relief and to display my creations back in 2010 and over these years I have met many wonderful people and made lots of connections.  With all that has happened in this world, I feel so blessed to have friends in many different parts of this world and walks of life.  It is still nice to know that there are places where hugs, kind words and small gifts are appreciated.  So if you are having a special meal or just happy to have food today - may it be with people you love.

Hopefully I will have some pictures to share later and will be around to comment on your cards/projects when I have internet access.

Today at Bugaboo is a New Release and this adorable image with Three Snowmen is available.  Grab it this week when it is on sale for 50% off.  I used a sentiment from TLC, Create for this card.  I put Sakura jelly glitter pen on the snowflakes and Stickles on the snow.
I will be leaving this morning to start my travels to see my son.  This will be over a 1000 mile drive and take me over 16 hours of driving to get there.  I'm not sure if I will have internet access to be able to comment on your cards/projects for the next week so if I'm missing you will know why.

Here is my progressive challenge image from Gerda Steiner, Balancing Holiday Mouse, along with a sentiment from TLC, Create.  I added Glossy Accents to the ornament and Stickles to the hat.  I put gold paper behind the sentiment and outlined the ornament top for the hook/string with Sakura jelly glitter pen.

Bugaboo has a new release today of Fall Fox.  For this card, I used a sentiment from TLC, Create.  I think a fox is a wonderful and fun creature and my daughter gets mad at me, but I love that song, "What does a Fox Say?"  It is my weird sense of humor.
