Guess who's turning 18

My son's girlfriend is turning 18 on the 18th so it is her GOLDEN birthday.  They are planning to come visit me sometime later in the month.  I made this card also for the start of the 8th Birthday Bash at Catch the Bug.  Check the site for all the wonderful prizes and daily challenges for the week.  Today starts the first one which is "Bold and Bright Birthday Wishes".    The image is Lil Kidz Cupcake and the sentiment is from TLC, Create.
