Mojo 531 Loss of Son

Several sympathy cards I have had to make lately because of necessity. This one I made for my son. One of his best friends from high school committed suicide and unfortunately the funeral is tomorrow. So he told me that he was coming to town....so I quickly pulled this together so he would have a card for the funeral.  Then we had discussions on what to write. I feel so bad for him. My son who is nearly 24 years old who is usually not for a loss of words was in shock and speechless for one of the few times that I have seen. I got a chance to meet my new pup, Colt.

    I'm so sorry for your son. That must be tough when your friend decides to commit suicide. He was so young! Your card is very pretty and I love the photos with Colt. Will think of you both today.

    Lisa, that's so sad, how awful to think that a young man was so unhappy he resorted to suicide. I'm sad for your son too, it's really hard to lose a friend when you are so young, but this way! No wonder he's in shock.
    Colt is gorgeous, a lovely new grandpup for you to love.

    Oh no, Lisa Lynn, I am so sorry to read this sad news. Your son must have been shaken up by this news, not to mention the young man's family. Your card is a good one for the occasion and I like your pretty papers.

    Such a tough card to make, I feel for your son. One always expects it is the old ones who go, but life can throw a wrench into anything. Your card is perfect for the occasion.

    Always catching up Lisa! This is a beautiful card, my son has been in the same position as yours, it's heartbreaking for so many people involved. There's always a what if, left in these circumstances, Poor man.
