Happy Birthday TMS # 551

Today at Tuesday Morning Sketches we have a new challenge that starts with this sketch.  I used a die cut that I have in my stash and added some flowers to it to bring a spring design.  I used a variety of strips from a paper pack that was great to use  up some scraps.
