Perfect Fit - Happy Father's Day

I made a card for my Dad for Father's Day using an image from Scribbles, Nut and Bolt and a computer generated sentiment.  I am frustrated now that I am posting it because I realize that my spellcheck changed it from "you're the"  to "your" so I am going to have to re-do the sentiment. I used Tim Holtz Woodgrain distressed cardstock and strayed it with Distress Spray.

Patterned Paper: Echo Park
Cardstock:  Tim Holtz Woodgrain Cardstock; Recollections
Stamp:  Scribbles - Nut and Bold
Sentiment:  Computer generated
Spellbinder:  Heart; Small Circles
Button:  Stash
Hemptique
Ink:  Old Paper
Distress Spray:  Walnut Ink

  2. oh I wouldn't worry about the sentiment-no one will even notice! Love you sprayed the background with the distress ink-goes so perfectly with the images and sponging the edge of the sentiment blends in well too. Thanks for joining us at Time Out x

  8. Awesome Father's Day card, Lisa Lynn! What a great image and sentiment! That auto-spellcheck can be a real pain but at least you noticed it before you sent it.

  10. Great take on the sketch and I love the textured paper! I HATE spellcheck as well! It messes me up more than it helps! Thanks so much for sharing it with us at the Alphabet Challenge "D" is for Dry Embossing!
