Dog sympathy card

I had a friend request a card that her husband could give to his friend who has a dog that has lymphoma and is not expected to live long.  She saw when I made a similar card and loved the sentiment which is from TLC and I think is so appropriate for anyone who has had a dog pass away.  The image is from Bugaboo and I have used it many times.  They also have a cat one.  The patterned paper is from Imagine That Digistamp called My Dog is Pawsome.

Time for a Birthday Sugar High

On Monday it was my birthday.  I am so blessed that I have wonderful family and friends. I worked the day, and my co-workers were great and decorated my office with notes and post-it notes, balloons, cards and flowers. My boyfriend and I had a late dinner at Flemings and had some Carrot Cake for dessert. He spoiled me with a HUGE bouquet of flowers that Casio, my cat, wants to eat. Just miss my kids.

Here is a card made using a pre-colored image from Imagine That digistamps called Red Nose Reindeer.  I added a glitter gem to his nose,  It worked perfectly for this layout.

Living in Wisconsin, we tend to have snow for Christmas so I can't imagine a tropical or beach Christmas; however, I do have some friends that I send cards to that are in areas like that.  For this card, I used sentiment from TLC, background paper and surf board from Imagine That Digistamp and image from Bugaboo.
