I've had this image colored for a long time and in my stash, and finally put this card together.  The image is from 2 Cute Ink and the sentiment is from TLC, Create.  I dry embossed a piece of velum.  For the star I distressed inked a piece of kraft paper so to get some variations in the colors.

This was the Stamp of the Month for July from Gerda Steiner and I had the card done I just didn't get it posted done in time.  I think this mermaid is just adorable.  I used a sentiment from TLC.
