One of my best friend's daughter, Sabeana got engaged so I needed to make a card for her. My friend, Kris asked me to help with some of the wedding items because they want to do the invitations and many other things themselves, and want some creative help. MANY years ago, when Sabeana stood up for her step-brothers wedding I assisted with the alterations of her bridesmaids dress and she was at that pre-puberty age. The gown just didn't look quite right until we took the shoulder pads out and put them in the breast area. Now, I KNOW I will not need to help pad anything for her since she is a gorgeous young woman who can fill out a dress nicely. Hehe. I will need to remind her of that. Her brother got married just two years ago, and Kris and I went shopping and found her dress just the week before the wedding. She had other ones picked out, but just didn't like them so I took her to a place that I knew we would find something and we did. We also got shoes and jewelry. Kris knows I will help her do anything (well almost.) We have been through a lot together!!!
