To the sweetest person- tea girl

I was hoping to get this done to enroll her in the Mo's Anything Goes Challenge; however, I didn't make it.  I had the image colored for quite some time, but I just needed to put the card together - you know that goes. Then the day just didn't go as planned so I didn't get a chance to work on this as soon as I wanted to.  I do think there are quite a few other challenges that it will qualify for though.
