Happy Birthday to my favorite weirdo

Today is Day 4 of the Catch the Bug 9th Annual Birthday Bash and there is a BINGO challenge with a New Release from the prize set.  For my card, I used the top row of die cut / sentiment / texture.  The sentiment is from TLC, Create.
