Happy Anniversary

My friend Andrea came up with an awesome sketch and I made 3 cards using it. They were so fun and I just needed a variety of cards so it was perfect.
The first one I used the color scheme from JUGS for an anniversary card. I dry embossed the white paper with hearts and sprayed it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. I layered the colored papers us and added a ribbon on top of my border punch. I used my Spellbinder die cuts for the larger hearts and my Fiskars punches for the smaller hearts. Then the icing was to add a bling to each heart and the sentiment that I computer generated.

Happy Anniversary...I'm only in this for....

My son and his girlfriend celebrated their 1 year anniversary so he wanted me to make a card for him. Now I think I mentioned that he is particular....and the image has to be hand colored. He likes a unique layout.  What I came up with for him is using the Your Next Stamp Sets of  Rose for You (retired) and  Cute Butt. I made a fence scene and heat embossed the sentiments which he thought was great.  So he approved.

SPOUSE

I have a card for my step-son and his husband who have been married for three years.  I used an image from Bugaboo and a sentiment from TLC, Create for this card.   In this world, I don't care if people are homosexual, what color you are, dog/cat- lovers....I just wish that people were free to be happy.  Obviously if people are harming others that is something else, but everyone should be able to have their own religion, color and freedoms that are within the law.  Bombings, shootings, driving into people are just getting out of control and show that there is just too much hatred.  It is terrible to have people live in fear, when we should be showing love for each other just like when there is a disaster like Hurricane Harvey.

Happy 4th Anniversary

My massage therapist is having his 4th Anniversary for having his business open and trust me I wouldn't go anywhere else.  With having diabetes, I get problems with range of motion in some of my joints and it really helps to have regular massages.  So this is a card that I made for him and his staff.  I used embossing powder for the sentiment from Verve and a sticker for the number 4.
