Doggy door

We are FINALLY getting some rain in Wisconsin.  We just had a big crash of thunder and lightening and it is pouring rain right now.  My cat that was at my feet went running and my daughter that was sleeping just woke up.  She is trying to tell me that she jumped at least several feet out of bed, and she is shocked that we didn't lose power.  Tonight I made a couple of cards, the first one for my nephew who unfortunately lost his dog who was his "baby".  He is recently married and they had this bulldog, Eleanor so they are going through some devastating times.  Paulette has this image and beautiful sentiment that will hopefully help them through the rough time.  My second card is for my sister - in- law and brother - in - law for their 42nd anniversary.

Lisa Lynn, Aw, my daughter would love this. Her beloved Great Dane went through the doggie door last fall. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Tuesday Morning Sketches!

I like how you used the heart in place of the circle on the sketch! What a thoughtful card! Thanks so much for sharing it with us at Tuesday Morning Sketches!

How wonderful is that sympathy sentiment? I'm a new dog person (she's only 1) but I cannot even imagine losing her. What a gorgeous & thoughtful card - and I love the heart doilies on the second. Thanks so much for playing with us at Tuesday Morning Sketches this week!

OMGosh, I love that doggy sympathy card! The sentiment is so beautiful! I have a 13 year old Silky, and it breaks my heart to think of losing him. I feel for your nephew. That was sweet of you to make this card for him. Thanks for joining us at Tuesday Morning Sketches this week!

It's always so sad when one loses a member of the family and fur members are no different. I'm sorry for his loss. Your card is beautiful and I'm sure will be much appreciated. Thanks for joining us at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
