O Holy Night

Today we had a high of 2 degrees it was freezing cold.  My hair stylist came to the house and cut my husband's hair and trimmed his beard so he looks a lot more presentable.  I was sending pictures to my daughter on my phone and she responded that she was at the hospital with her Grandmother who had a stroke and was being evaluated.  My -ex mother-in-law had a stroke, but has some left arm numbness otherwise is doing alright.  It was nice of my daughter to be with them since her Grandfather was quite upset.
I haven't had a chance to color an image in a while so finally did one using this adorable Sassy Cheryl image.  The sentiment is from TLC.    I outlined the wings and halo with Sakuro glitter pen.  I'm planning for this card to be for my daughter for Christmas.

Patterned Paper:  Basic Grey - 25th and Pine
Cardstock:  Bazzil; Recollections
Stamp:  Sassy Cheryl - Sassy Angel Stamp
Sentiment:  TLC, Create - Merry and Bright (see above for direct link)
Flowers:  Recollection
Ribbon:  Michael's
Spellbinder:  Opulent Oval
Ink:  Color Box - copper
Corner Rounder:  Creative Memories
Sakura Glitter Pen

This is precious, Lisa Lynn! Sorry to hear about your cold weather. We've gone through a couple of sub zero cold snaps up here. I guess it's a trade off for the unusually fabulous summer that we had!

So sorry to hear about the stroke. Hope recovery will be full and speedy. 2 degrees? That is miserable. I live at the beach and it has been cold here too. We think 50 is cold and it has been down to the 40' s and even a couple of nights in the 30's.

Your card is beautiful. Your daughter is sure to love it. So happy to see your entry in the Sassy Cheryl Challenge this week. Hope to see you back often.

You have raised a sweet girl--she obviously cares for her grandparents & that was so nice of her to be with them. Hope your ex-MIL gets better soon! :^)
Oh, it is just too cold there. I don't think I could take it anymore, lol!
