Hope this birthday tops the charts!

Next week, my brother-in-law will be celebrating his birthday.  He thought music for many years so I thought this would be a perfect card for him.  The vintage record and sheet music as well as the sentiment are from TLC, Create.  It is funny how records are becoming popular again.
