Sweet Strawberry

I have had this card done, but just haven't been able to get on the computer to post.  I know I've talked a lot about my three Siamese cats.  My oldest being a male who is 12 years old, Casio.  When I met my husband 16 years ago he came with four cats so naturally when nature took it's course and they passed, my kids felt that we should replace them.  So Casio is the first kitten that I ever had as well as my children so he was a learning experience for us.  He rules our house and really has since he came into our lives.  He has been sick for quite some time and I have done everything that I possibly could for him; however, last week it got worse when he had a stroke.  He was weak to begin with and his weight has dropped drastically so now he loses his balance and has difficulty getting into the litter box as well as eating.  So we have an appointment to go to our vet tomorrow afternoon.  My daughter is devastated and said she can't come home because she wouldn't be able to watch or be a part of the process which I understand.  She was there when my husband took his last breath and I know that has been difficult for her.  So if I'm not making cards or on my blog for a few days....this will be the reason why.
For my card, I used the stamp of the month from Gerda Steiner called Strawberry Mouse.  I colored him with Copics and then used my Prisma Pencils and Gamisol which I haven't done in sometime.  The sentiment is from TLC, Create.  TLC is going to be having a blog hop on Sunday July 23rd so keep an eye for that to get lots of free images and inspiration from the DT and some guests.

Adorable card Lisa Lynn! Fabulous coloring and papers...perfect sentiment!

So sorry about your fur baby, it's heart breaking to watch them decline as they don't know what's going on! Three years ago when we put our lab, Max down, my son didn't want to be there either. It was hard on the kids to come home and no Max. Took them quite a while to adjust. I will keep y'all in my thoughts and prayers!

Sorry your family is grieving the last days of your cat. Pets are very much family members and it's so sad to see them suffer. Your card is adorable and am so glad you linked it up to the throwdown challenge!
