It's the little things that mean so much

Yesterday was the 4th Anniversary of the passing of my husband. So I went to the cemetery and for a walk in the neighborhood near by.  Then I made quite a few cards to keep myself busy.  Later today, I'm meeting my friend with her grandsons since they are off from school.
I made this card using an image from Beccy's Place and a sentiment from TLC, Create.  Love this color combination.  I was trying to find my Martha Stewart punches for doing straight and corners, but when my Dad helped with cleaning my basement....they were moved...and my parents are on their 50th Anniversary trip so I can't call them.  Dad was helpful, but now I can't find stuff, then again he may have donated it knowing him.

Cardstock:  Bazzil; Stampin' Up; Recollections
Stamp:  Beccy's Place - Shabby Chic Birdhouse
Sentiment:  TLC, Create - It's the little things
Flowers:  Recollections
Border Punch:  Fiskars
Spellbinders:  Small and Large petite oval
Embossing Folder:  We are memory keepers

I'm sorry for the loss of your husband Lisa Lynn, anniversaries can be particularly difficult times. I'm glad you have something that can help to keep you busy.
Your card is beautiful, the colour combination is really striking, particularly the bright yellow. You've done a wonderful job colouring the image and coordinating all the lovely embellishments. I hope you're able to find the items that your Dad moved... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he didn't donate them!
Cheers,
Beccy
