Baby it's cold outside

For the past two days it has been cold, but it is actually suppose to be in the 30's today.  It is still that time of year when we have to bundle up, and it takes longer to get ready.  For my card, I used a cute penguin from Imagine That along with a sentiment from TLC

Cardstock:  Bazzil; Recollection
Stamp:  Imagine That - Eskimo Friends (see above for direct link)
Sentiment:  TLC, Create (see above for direct link)
Circle punches:  EK Success
Bling:  Mark Richards
Lace:  Wrights
Embossing Folder:  Cuttlebug

Incy Wincy - Non-traditional colors (no red or green)
Fan-Tastic Tuesday - Embossing
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Extra - December
Glitter 'n Sparkle - Ch. 113 Show us some snow
OSAAT - Ch. 225 Lace
Completely Christmas - Ch. 40 Something that starts with "S" (snow)

Liza this card is just so cute I love this little Penguin. Especially those ear muffs. I can't get over how cold it gets so quickly in you neck of the woods. I guess we are lucky it doesn't snow where we live. Love the use of the lace as snow that awesome such a great idea. Lovely card as always.
