I have set a goal to use my stash of dies that has a layer of dust on them and have never been used. For this one I was encouraged by the photo inspiration for JUGS. I used Sizzix, Impression Obsession and Die Version. I dry embossed the white background with Cuttlebug folder. For the watercan I ink distressed it with distress ink of Old Paper and Tea Dye. I had fun using my scraps.

Today there is this beautiful release of a Friday Freebie at Catch the Bug.  I used this Bugaboo image along with a sentiment from TLC, Create.
I made this card a while back so this sketch is no longer current.  Work has been going well and I enjoy learning challenges.  I have wonderful co-workers and a positive environment.  The problem that I ran into is that the past weekend I had abdominal pain and thought that I was passing a kidney stone.  My best friend and daughter made me go in and be evaluated to find out that it was actually my appendix and I had emergency surgery on Sunday morning.  Luckily I was able to go home Sunday night.  I took off Monday and Tuesday and have been back to work full time since.  I come home exhausted so that's why my comments are short.

Mom Thank you for your endless love

My Mother means the world to me and she has always been a great support and friend.  I can't image life without her.  I have a hard time when she is on vacation for a week or two and I feel like I can't contact her.  She lives about two hours away, but she is only a phone call away if I should need most of the time.  She has also been there for my kids who have been in college in her area so I couldn't ask for more.  I made a card using an image from A Day from Daisies and a sentiment from TLC.
