Today is Friday Freebie at Catch the Bug and it's Dottie save the earth.  Who can pass up on chocolate? You really have to check out the samples by the design team and see how we think alike because Margreet and I used the same papers and Angela also used pink, but all three of used the same sketch, lol. It's too funny.  Margreet lives in the Netherlands so it's not like we even shared the papers hehe.

Today starts a new challenge at Catch the Bug and being the first Saturday of the month it's an Anything Goes.  For my card, I used Rock Star Boy.  I used the Ranger Spray around the image to try to match the smudges on the patterned paper.  From the photo you can't see, but it has a wonderful light shimmer that goes well with the metallic stars and title. I gave this card to my nephew today who turned 9.

WORK

Today at Catch the Bug is Humor Me Wednesday and on the April 4th is Fun at Work Day so I used Stella Work.  We had a whole staff meeting where we had half of ALL of our entire staff attend 4 hours yesterday afternoon and the half will go this morning.  Our Medical Directors give us information on where our company is and what the plans/goals are for the year. Then they have several motivational speakers.  We are provided lunch and it's actually a nice time away from work except then there is a feeling that you didn't get all your work done. I work with a group of wonderful health care providers.

Today at Catch the Bug it's a New Release and for my card I made an Easel Card using Daffodil Water Can and a sentiment from TLC, Create.  Remember the Easel Card, is a sample of what can be used on the Saturday Challenge for Unusual Folds.  I sprayed a piece of white cardstock with Heidi Swapp Spray to get the shimmer.
