Halloween tag card

Paulette at TLC had this great tag and paper for the Halloween club.  For this card I embossed the background. I edged the tag with Memento ink.  The black pennant just stuck out too much for me once the card was put together so I spritzed it with some Heidi Swapp color spray that gave it a nice glittery shine.

That is really awesome! Love how you have sprayed the black paper really makes it shine . That tag is really awesome. Love the vintage feel.
