Deer head - With deepest sympathy on the loss of your Brother

My Mom comes from a large family and has nine sisters so one of my Uncles had his brother pass away and I made a card for him.  It was unexpected which is difficult and he was planning to retire this fall (you hear that all too often).  So the brothers hunted together each fall so I used a Spellbinder die set to put a deer head on the card along with a great sentiment from TLC, Create.  I use this sentiment set WAY TO MUCH!

Patterned Paper:  Crate; Prima
Cardstock:  Paper Studio:  Bazzil; Recollection
Stamp:  TLC, Create (see above for direct link)
Button:  Stash
Hemptique
Spellbinders:  Small and large circle; Deer head
Bling:  Recollections

Nice card for your family member, in particular being a hunter in the past...may he rest in peace.
Have a lovely weekend.♥

I love that you personalized your card- and you are getting great use out of this set! So sorry for your families loss! We hear that so many times, when folks retire and tragedy hits : (

So sorry for your family's loss! This is a great masculine sympathy card...I would have never thought to use a deer head in this manner!

Lisa Lynn, you did a great job on the sympathy card. A themed card is so much more personal that a typical sympathy card. Well done! Great use of the Try Stampin' on Tuesday weekly sketch, too! Thank you for sharing your talents with us at TSOT! -Donna
