Monster Bash Kick off

Today starts the 9th Annual Birthday Bash at Catch the Bug.  So there is a challenge daily for the next week and LOTS of prizes and fun.  Remember that there was a freebie yesterday that can be used.  For my card, I used Birthday Monster Balloon and a sentiment from TLC, Create.  Today's Challenge is Monster Party so make a card with a monster on it.
