I have actually done some coloring lately, but this card I wanted to use my die cuts since I just feel that I don't use them enough and I have sooooo many. I felt like a kid in art class.

Graduate the time is now!

Today at Catch the Bug it's Friday Freebie and it's Bird Graduating along with a sentiment from TLC, Create. It's so unusual this year with not having a traditional graduation ceremony and parties. I think that the seniors just want the cards and cash and parties with their friends, lol. So I dry embossed a wood background and the red circle has the words "congrats, bravo, way to go".  Had to add some googly eyes for this silly owl.

Christmas is July - Have a Beary Merry Christmas

Today is the second day of the Christmas in July at Catch the Bug 7th Annual party.  Today there is a special sketch if you want to play along for the week of challenges and special prizes.  So sorry that I am so late posting this today...I am recovering from my 50th Birthday Party that my family and friends had for me yesterday.  Now, I don't drink because of being a diabetic since the age of 11, but I have been fighting a sinus infection so that has just knocked me on my butt.  We went to our local zoo which is small, but wonderful and free.  Then had dinner with my family and friends.  Then a couple of friends and myself went to see the Momma Mia movie.
For my card, I used an image from a great set, Mini set - winter bears.  I put a pom on the hat. Also used Sakura jelly glitter pen and Sakura jelly white pen.  Also if you need images, Bugaboo has the Christmas stamps 50% off the rest of the month.

Today there is a new challenge at Catch the Bug Saturday Challenge and it is to use Washi Tape.  For my card, I used the image, Valentine Pup Set and a sentiment from TLC, Create.  I made this card for my daughter since the pup looks like her pup, Gus.  I thought Gus might send it to his Mom and Dad, hehe.
He goes to Doggy Daycare twice a week and he went to a Valentine party yesterday so my daughter could get an artwork project done with his pawprint in edible paint, really???

Kindness is like snow...

Today starts a new Challenge at Catch the Bug and it is a photo inspiration.  For my card, I used, Winter kidz girl and a sentiment from TLC, Create.  I added snow to my image by masking it with Moltow drops then coloring the sky and then rubbing the masking drops off.  I put Sakura jelly white pen drops over the image.  I colored her clothes in a rainbow of colors and the background paper in a rainbow to go with the photo inspiration picture.
