Floral Happy Birthday

I have several Aunt's with birthdays coming up so I have to get my birthday stash going.  I used a Verve stamp for this card.  I just love the bright colors.  It just so happens that I have managed to do all four sketches for this month - YAHOO! I can't believe that I have accomplished that with the way my month has gone with starting a new job and all.  Just to make it more exciting, I was hired as the Nursing PM Supervisor and started on February 23rd and last Friday March 27th I took a position as the Interim Director of Nursing.  I think I must be NUTs after today being my my first real day!!!!  That's why I needed to de-stress and craft a card.

Wedded Bliss

My work schedule is so hectic.  On Monday I worked a pm shift (2pm - 10:30pm) which means that I actually got done and home around 12:30 am and then had to be back for the am shift which is (6am - 2:30pm). Then when I came home, I was so exhausted it is rather difficult to get anything done around the house or even think of crafting.  I did sneak a nap in, and then made this wedding card for one that is coming up rather soon.  I just feel like a zombie.

Congratulations on your adoption

I have a family member who is adopting a new puppy, named "Titus".  So I couldn't help but to make a card for the event.  I used an image from Bugaboo that matches the adorable pup.  The sentiment is from TLC.  I made this an easel card.  It is also a sample for the Catch the Bug BINGO Challenge using Pearls (black ones for the eyes and on the wagon, embossing, die cut).

Happy Baby Shower

Well I've been at my new job which is going well, and I am meeting lots of new people.  On Saturday they are having a baby shower for one of the nurses.  I would love to attend, but my son is returning home from service and my daughter will be taking off to return back to college so I don't want to miss my last few moments with her.  So I quickly made a card.  I used the adorable image that is from the new set at Imagine That along with the matching paper.  The sentiment is from TLC and comes from a great vintage set.  My daughter was nice enough to make a tie blanket for me to give as a gift.  Shannon doesn't know what she is going to have so I had to keep it neutral.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to those of you who celebrate the day of green! I did decide to make a green card, but I made it for Christmas.  I do feel lucky that I have the family that I do.  For this card I used a wonderful image from QKR that I just think is too funny.  The sentiment is from TLC.
