Today at Catch the Bug is Friday Freebie and it's a cutie...Bug Monkey Blocks and I used a sentiment from TLC, Create.  I made a Twisted Pop up Card as a 3.5" X 5" Notecard.  This is the first time that I made this layout, which was a lot of  fun.  I have a few monkeys in my life that I can give this to, lol.

Today at the Catch the Bug there is a New Release and it's this Bug Monsters 4 Block.  It comes blank where I added the sentiment from TLC, Create and another version that includes a sentiment.  I added some googly eyes and bling.  This is a fun card for a boy or a man who is just young at heart.

I just love this sentiment from TLC, Create, and I thought that it worked perfectly with an image from Beccy's Place.  I think it is hilarious that goose with an attitude wearing bells.  I just added some real ones.  The paper is also from TLC, Create.  This was just a fun card and I like make non-Traditional colors.

Another year old? Bummer!

Well my Dad's birthday is in September and we give each other a lot of teasing.  And, he really gives me grief about having too many craft supplies, well duh what card maker doesn't??? However, then when I make something he pays attention on how I assemble it or the details.  So this year, I made this AI card with the shaker component, which will impress him.  He also likes lots of color, so that's why I went with the bright colors instead of neutrals.  I also made the envelope with the switch in the shirt/sign colors.

Today there is a New Release at Catch the Bug and it's this Cat Silhouette.  For my card, I used a sentiment from TLC, Create.  Unfortunately, I have had another friend lose a furry loved one so this will be used as a pet sympathy card.  I left the cat black and white since my paper is so colorful, but it could easily be colored.

Well today starts a new Stella Says Sketch at Catch the Bug.  I used Stella Tidbits - Drown your troubles. Also Christmas images are still on sale until August 6th so get them while you can get a discount!!! We had it hot and humid yesterday so getting out for a swim would have been perfect. However, I just cut my grass and was drenched from the sweat instead.  Hope that everyone else has better plans for the weekend.
