Polar Bear - Joy

I had several challenges in mind when making this card.  The other day I was looking for a photo corner and pulled out a Quic Kutz die cut which I have had for ages and found this polar bear.  We had rain the past two days and people are having flooding.  There are roads and areas closed due to flooding.  What a mess! My daughter lives 100 miles north of me, and they had snow.  Now the problem is that the temperatures are suppose to drop to the teens today so we will have freezing.
