Well with another attempt to clean my craft area I found this vintage image from TLC, Create that I had colored along with the paper I printed so I had to put it together....and cleaning was not accomplished. I just love the red and black together which is so elegant to me.

Love Ewe CAS

Well I hope that you had a great Valentines. I just had work and the love of my two Siamese cats....I did get a text from my daughter. I actually got my cats a haircut the day before so they are cuddly not sure if it's because they are cold or just didn't like leaving home, lol.
This week there is this adorable sheep, Love Ewe at Catch the Bug. I colored mine as a "black" sheep which I thought was fitting since I think that they are just so cute. And they need love too!

I woof you

Well, yesterday I had the card for my daughter and now I have the card that I made for my daughter to give to her boyfriend. So naturally it has another dog to look like Gus, their dog. It is agreed that he is spoiled and the love of their lives. I used a stamp and sentiment from Hero Arts, Merry Woof. This is using the Tuesday Morning Sketch 541, this is a re-visited sketch chosen by Melissa.

I have an image from a freebie site from many years ago and I didn't save who the maker was. I distressed the edges as well as distressed the edges of my paper.  This reminds me of my Grandmother who I miss greatly. She always gave such vintage looking cards and had doilies at her home.

Sending Pups & Kisses

I have a Grandpup, Gus and he is a Teddybear breed and is very playful.  My daughter has him sooooo spoiled. He usually goes with her to school on Fridays and he is a big part of her 4th grade class. This is a card that I made for my daughter using a stamp from My Favorite Things, Pups and Kisses. I heat embossed the sentiment in white.

Today is a new Saturday Challenge at Catch the Bug and the theme is Love is in the Air.  For this card I used one of the images from the Valentine pup set and a sentiment from TLC, Create.  This pup just reminds me of Gus, my daughter's TeddyBear named Gus, who she describes "as the best dog in all the world."  Now I might disagree since he chases my two Siamese cats when he stays with me.  He is good for my daughter because she is a cuddler and she enjoys doing that with him. He is sooooo spoil, if I give him an option of two toys he knows how to choose.  It's hilarious.

Love EWE

Today is Friday Freebie at Catch the Bug, and today it's Love EWE.  For this card I wanted a lot of texture. I dry embossed the background, I put the stamp on a thick felt heart, I put pearls and stickers on the background as well as ribbon.
I'm afraid that this ribbon looks like the freezing rain/ice that we are getting. Now we are to be getting about an inch of snow on top of it.  It's just crazy.  They had a picture on the news of a person ice skating on the sidewalk.
