Wonder-fall

I can't believe how the temperature has dropped. WOW it gets cold now at night and I have to pull out an extra blanket so that I won't freeze anything when I am sleeping.  I know it's bad when my cats are curling up on top of me for body heat...and I'm never hot.  And they are nagging me to go to bed so they can cuddle which is also not like them.

I have been a nurse for 28 years and have worn "comfortable" shoes so that I could work.  So that when I want to wear something for fun or stylish, it still is low heel and comfy.  My daughter and Mother are height challenged and are more able to wear heels.  I find shoes with a heel attractive...I just would break my neck trying to walk in them.  My daughter took dance for many years and wore toe shoes so she is much more able to do it and accustomed to foot pain.  I found this wonderful image and had to make a card with it and also some great gems.  The sentiment is from TLC, Create.

Happy Birthday To You

As a family we have spent a lot of time visiting Disney World, and then my step daughter has also been a performer there.  My husband was a conductor of the college band for a summer a LONG time ago as well. We would go several times a year so my children know all the rides and attractions.  So with a little help of my die cuts and punches I was able to make this card.  The sentiment is from TLC, Create.
