Fabulous card and the coffee 'smells' good. Your comment made me think of the days when I worked so hard nursing up at 5am to travel 45 mins by train to Sydney open up and get things organized in the docs surgery...walk in patients and 16 docs to care for....hard work and only one of us nurses and one receptionist...glad to be retired...x
