29 and holding

I have a birthday card that I made using a sentiment from TLC, Create and the Friday Freebie from Bugaboo, Girlz Celebrate.  For the background, I embossed the paper and then rubbed it with gold ink.  I put some Glossy Accents on the balloons and Sakura jelly glitter pen on the strings.
