I have a bunch of Lavinia stamps and I just love the silhouette images. I needed a couple of birthday cards so I just grabbed my Distress Oxide inks, painters tape and blending brushes and picked three colors. Then I stamped my flowers and added a cute butterfly from the Fairy Bugs set. I heat embossed the sentiment from Hero Arts.

I needed a quick masculine birthday card for one of our administrators. I had the dotted paper sitting on top of my paper pile and already had Gus printed out so....I colored him up and put it together using the SSW2 layout. Then I hoped that I didn't offend him with the sentiment with the political times that we are in. He laughed when he received it.

Today is my Mom's 70th birthday and we were planning to have a party for her this past weekend, but due to the way that things are....it is postponed. My Mom and Dad are best friends so I thought this was a great image for her and for the AI challenge.  It reminds me of my daughter's dog that could be with them. This last week it was my son's 24th birthday. He is a child that used to craft with me when he was younger. Now he expects a new style/design each year for his birthday, no pre-colored images and that I would give him a hand made card naturally. Well he has been in the military, moved out of State and I just make this happen because that is what us Moms do!!!  So this year he got a pup so I made him a card using the image from Your Next Stamp, Make it Rain.  I had some gifts for him, but obviously he enjoys the cash. I had the image pop out of the card, and added some washi tape with stripes. To make it wiggle/move I used a wobble device.
