If I were a bird...

I made this card using a great image that Paulette has a promo at TLC until Thursday July 25th.  I will have the details at the end of this post.  The paper is also from TLC from the summer club that just finished, there is another club that will start on July 26 and that is Anything Goes.  The sentiment for my card comes from a wonderful 4 piece set of thank you's.
