You really measure up

I had this card ready, but just didn't get it posted last week for the Sketch Saturday Challenge. The week was crazy with my BFF's daughter losing her brand new FIL.  My office mate who ruptured her achilles tendon while I had my sinus surgery has been non-weight bearing and then fell and broke a rib.  So she was off due to having pain so I was working extra so it's just been crazy. Later today I will be driving to see my parents and kids.  I plan to take this card that I made for my daughter to use since she is a teacher and wanted some special thank you cards.  It is from Darcie's Stick Together. I have been trying to get quite a few cards done this month.

Patterned Paper:  Sweet Shoppe
Cardstock:  Bazzil; Recollections
Stamp and Sentiment:  Darcie's Stick Together (see above for direct link)
Ink:  Memento - Tuxedo Black
Dies:  My Favorite Things
Enamel Dots:  Paper Studio

Challenges
Double Trouble - Ch. 36 Round and Round
   Thing 1 Round Card
Thing 2  Tic Tac Toe  (Yellow, Animal, School)
    Joy of Sets
   Thing 3 Something with School
Cardz for Galz - Ch. 103 Wings
CRAFT - Ch. 525 Back to School
Crafty Animals - Ch. 29

Lovely card and your daughter will be pleased with such a heap of cards you made for her. Love how this cute owl is looking!
Have a great time with your parents and kids.
I have pity on your office mate. I have had a rupture of my achilles tendon 18 years ago. (But I did not broke a rib).
Enjoy today!

It's another fabulous card Lisa, your daughter is very lucky to have you create these beautiful cards for her. You've created such a great variety of cards this month so I think you achieved your aim!
Hope things settle down and life is a little less eventful for you :)

Love your background papers of the rulers so bright and cheery, great sentiment and adorable owl...nicely laid out...adorable and fun card. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble, I notice you didn't enter your card at Joy of Sets. You need to add to their challenge to be eligible for the extra chance on our random draw. Our post has the link to their challenge and I'm sure they would love to see it on their challenge as well.
