Bear with Apples

 Well my good friend Carol explained to me how to make a diamond point card because she is soooo talented and she wins so many challenges. So I just had to try it out. I pulled out an image that I had colored in my stash from Torico when she used to sell her own digital images.  I had this printed so long ago that I don't even know the name of the image.  I was able to find a few die cuts and an apple Martha Stewart punch, and voila.

My daughter is a teacher and I'm making a bunch of these for her students.  They are from Lawn Fawn and I couldn't help myself when I saw them.  She has 4th grade students with 10 boys and 10 girls so this will work out well.  I plan to make the bears for the girls and the deer for the boys.  Here is the bear.

Imagine That Digistamp has some new stamps that came out when I was on vacation, and I just love this bear, called Love Bears so I had to color it and I paper pieced two of the hearts with some of the new papers from the Owl Always Love You Paper Set.  You can get a great deal by getting the Valentine Bundle.  For my card, I used a sentiment from TLC, and I used a die cut to help me color in the clouds.
