Happy Cuddling Weather

We keep having such unusual weather....one minute it's raining and then the next it's snowing so we just have a MESS!  So I think it is best to just stay inside and cuddle since the roads have ice and the temps are going up and down.  So I made this card, using the adorable Polar Bear from Bugaboo and a sentiment from TLC, Create.
